Launcher: login fails

- Use your App Username and App Password from the website's My Account, not your Discord password. Set a new App Password there if needed.
"Launcher required" / "Authentication required"
- Fix
- Always open modules from the Launcher, after signing in.
Signed in on a new PC and it won't work
- Fix
- Your account is linked to one PC. Use Reset Linked PC on My Account (once per 24 h).
Launcher asks for Visual C++ / .NET
- Fix
- Install what it asks for from the official Microsoft link, then reopen.
Adapter not detected
- Fix
- Check the connection, then ask our Discord support team.
FPS: aim does not move
- Fix
- Check that the adapter is connected and that Tracking activation is enabled. If needed, ask our Discord support team.
Black or frozen preview
- Fix
- Console HDR off and HDCP off. Close OBS and other apps using the card. Pick the right Capture device, click Refresh, then Stop → Start. For window capture, don't minimize the game.
Capture FPS much lower than set
- Fix
- Your card's limit (many are 60 Hz) or your monitor's refresh rate is the ceiling. Lower the resolution or close background apps.
No boxes on enemies
- Fix
- Right model for your game? Lower Confidence to 0.15 to test. Resolution must match the console. Enemy inside the circle?
Can't click Start: model message
- Fix
- Pick a model on the Models tab (model browser) first.
Aim shakes on target
- Fix
- Lower ADS speed (−0.1) and Kp (−0.05) a little at a time, testing after each step. Target hopping → smaller radius + Focus Target on.
Aim overshoots / circles the enemy
- Fix
- Lower Response factor or ADS speed a step. Move gamma toward 1.0. If Kd is visible, +0.01.
Aim too weak
- Fix
- Raise ADS speed in 0.2 steps, then Kp +0.05. Check Restricted % isn't too low.
Aim lets go for an instant
- Fix
- Hold frames 3–6.
TRACKING PAUSED won't go away
- Fix
- Press your Assist Pause button once. If it keeps triggering, choose a button you don't use in game.
Low Loop FPS / choppy tracking
- Fix
- Stop → untick Preview enabled → Start. Lower Capture FPS or resolution. Close GPU-heavy apps.
Can't change a setting
- Fix
- Some settings are locked while running. Click Stop first.
NBA: never releases
- Fix
- Check the adapter connection and your NBA settings. Ask our Discord support team if it continues.
NBA: meter not detected
- Fix
- Colors: Preset must match your meter. Raise Search ROI Height for high meters. Shot Meter: check the "Model:" status, then Confidence 40. Try Mask Debug.
NBA: random results
- Fix
- Same shot type every time, wired internet, a stable Capture FPS. In Colors try Purple/Blue and a lower Search ROI Height.
NBA: changed meter style/color in game
- Fix
- Update the preset, click Reset Training (Colors), and re-check your timing.
